Stc pay Bahrain, a mobile wallet provider operating under the Central Bank of Bahrain, has partnered with Diebold Nixdorf to install DN Series cash recyclers and DN Vynamic Software at its physical locations. Expanding Physical Financial Access
Selected units among the newly deployed cash recyclers will operate as interactive teller machines (ITMs). These ITMs supplement the standard functionality of the hardware, providing users with expanded service options at each location.
Customers gain the ability to manage funds through these machines by performing transfers between three distinct mediums. The system supports direct movement of money between physical cash, payment cards, and mobile wallets. By integrating these capabilities into the stc pay Bahrain network, the machines provide a bridge between digital accounts and physical currency. The infrastructure allows users to move assets across these platforms to manage their finances according to personal preference.
New Services and Capabilities
Users can access a variety of financial services through the newly installed kiosks, including the processing of remittances and the completion of bill payments. These machines facilitate additional transactions such as gift card purchases and the submission of cash donations. By incorporating these functions into the physical network, stc pay Bahrain allows customers to complete common financial tasks at these locations alongside standard cash operations.
Diebold Nixdorf provides the DN AllConnect Data Engine to maintain the operational status of the installed hardware. This software system monitors the fleet to manage performance metrics and ensure service availability across all sites. Technical teams track these data points to support the functional reliability of the machines as they operate within the stc pay Bahrain infrastructure.
