Dyna.Ai and Bahrain FinTech Bay signed a partnership agreement on 23 October at the Fintech Forward 2026 forum. The collaboration aims to drive regional adoption of artificial intelligence tools within the financial services sector. By formalizing this alliance, the two organizations seek to integrate advanced technological solutions into the broader ecosystem of the Middle East. The agreement marks a formal effort to connect international expertise with local financial institutions operating in Bahrain. Both parties intend to utilize this framework to accelerate the deployment of specific digital capabilities across the region.
Strategic Partnership for Regional Growth
Bahrain FinTech Bay has supported more than 160 startups and teams since its inception in 2018. This history of engagement provides the foundation for the new collaboration with Dyna.Ai. Carlton Liew, Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of Dyna.Ai, said: "The Middle East is not one market, and AI that works in one ecosystem won't automatically work in another. Bahrain Fintech Bay has spent years building the connective tissue between financial institutions, startups, regulators, and investors in the Kingdom. That ecosystem knowledge is what turns AI from a generic tool into a solution that's relevant and useful for local businesses. Partnering with BFB lets us meet Bahraini organizations where they are, with AI that fits their reality."
Bader Sater, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain FinTech Bay, noted the objective of the alliance regarding regional expansion. He stated: "Our role at Bahrain FinTech Bay is to bring the right partners into our ecosystem and connect them with institutions that can put their technology to work. This partnership with Dyna.Ai gives us a practical way to introduce that capability across Bahrain, and, over time, the wider GCC and MENA region."
PwC research indicates that over one-third of Middle East and GCC leaders are integrating AI into their offerings. This figure contrasts with the global average for AI integration among leaders, which stands at one in five, according to the same PwC research. These metrics highlight the current adoption disparity between regional leadership and the broader global market. The partnership seeks to address these integration requirements by combining Dyna.Ai’s technological expertise with the existing infrastructure managed by Bahrain FinTech Bay. Both organizations aim to increase the utility of these tools for local financial entities by tailoring digital capabilities to specific regional needs.
